Green Mobility & Tours takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, destruction or harm, and otherwise ensure safe management of personal information handled.
Employee training and supervision
When entrusting employees with the handling of personal information, Green mobility & Tours implements continuous employee training to ensure safe management of information and carries out appropriate supervision.
Responding to complaints
Green mobility & Tours responds to complaints related to handling of personal information in an appropriate and timely manner.
Time of delivery of goods
Rental cars are handed over after rental contract procedures are carried out at the rental location and payment is made.
Selling price (fee)
Prices are displayed on the “Vehicle Categories/Rates” page.
Option fees, drop-off fees, and late-night fees are displayed on the “Other Charges” page.
Time and method of payment of selling price (fees), and other items
Payment must be made at the rental location when the rental contract is signed (before departure).
Payment by credit card is generally required. If paying by cash, customers will be required to present additional documents specified by the Company.
Application period (new reservations and changes to existing reservations)
Applications (internet reservations) are accepted up to one hour before short-term use.
Withdrawing applications (cancelling reservations)
The stipulated cancellation fee will be required when cancelling within 24 hrs of reservation.
